Prior to accepting the new position at the Sobeys Head Office in Nova Scotia, Bill was President of Lumsden Brothers Ltd., a wholesale distributor of food and related products to independent businesses in Ontario. Growing the sales of this organization from $100 to $500 million through a strategy of being customer focused as well as providing support and counseling services to their customers, Lumsden Brothers became the supplier of choice to independent businesses in Southern Ontario Having successfully owned and operated a delicatessen and a processed meat distribution franchise in London England for several years, Bill truly understands the rigors and pressures of today's business owners.
