One-On-One Business Coaching

One on One Business Coaching Includes weekly coaching calls to those business owners that are serious about taking their business to a new level. Through creative marketing pieces, together we will develop new sales strategies and business systems so you can work less.

Your Mentor will dedicate a minimum of 5 hours each month to work with you on your sales, marketing, team-building and business development initiatives, and each element of the Profit Academy Plan that was developed through your Business Review.

Unlike consultants, your Profit Academy Mentor stays with you for the long-run, and will do more than just show you what to do. They will be with you when you need them most — as each idea takes shape, as each campaign is launched, when you need little pointers for making it happen, when you need someone to talk to, when you are faced with daunting challenges and, most importantly, when you are just not sure what to do next.

What is a Business Review?

This is where the process begins for every business owner-client. Initially, you will invest 2.5 to 3 hours as we discover as much as possible about your business, your goals, your challenges, your sales, your marketing, your finances and — yes — your personal goals.

Second, we will work to clearly define your goals, both personal and business. And, third, we collect the crucial pieces of information needed to create a personalized Profit Academy Plan that best fits your business needs for the next 12 months.

Our approach is not a traditional business or marketing plan. Rather, it's a step-by-step plan of action that you will work with and through as you continue with The Profit Academy.
